Board of Leadership and Outreach
The Board of Leadership and Outreach (BLO) serves as the executive for the EMC Ministerial. The BLO has overall responsibility for theological matters and social concerns. It also facilitates the recruitment, development and oversight of EMC ministers and pastors.
