EMC Pastoral Positions

Community Bible Fellowship in Swan River is looking for a Senior Pastor. We are looking for someone who is a devoted and spirit-filled follower of Christ, who will serve with humility, and is open to discussing feedback. They should prioritize prayer, and be approachable, relational and able to communicate well. Leadership emphasis is on being someone who encourages and leads by example, being outreach and discipleship-minded, preaching and teaching biblical truths that develop spiritual formation and growth They should be a team player, able to receive direction as well as give it, someone who can say the word sorry and mean it, and be willing to delegate authority. We ask that they be able to embrace new approaches and technologies, lead in equipping and training church members to do ministry and develop intentional leadership, empowering them to maximize ministry. Educational requirements: A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of biblical studies from a recognized college or university, a Bachelor's Degree would be preferred, but is not mandatory. La Crete Christian Fellowship (LCCF) is looking for a Youth Pastor to join our team. LCCF is located in the hamlet of La Crete, a community in northern Alberta. We are a growing multi-generational congregation with an average Sunday attendance of 650, and an average mid-week attendance of 40 Sr. Youth and 80 Jr. Youth.

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual who is growing in his relationship with Jesus Christ, someone able to connect with youth and youth leaders and equip them to serve and follow Jesus. Experience in youth ministry is preferred and formal biblical education is an asset. Candidates must agree with the EMC Statement of Faith and Church Practices. The Youth Pastor will be part of a team of five pastors and lead a team of about 20 volunteer youth leaders. They will plan and teach youth Bible studies, organize and lead youth events, disciple youth and youth leaders and help in other church ministries as needed.

Morris Fellowship Chapel is a Christ-following, Bible-believing, family-friendly church of around 130 people in the small rural town of Morris, Manitoba. People of all ages are a part of Morris Fellowship, including children, young adults, adults and seniors. We are looking for a pastor to help with preaching, teaching, and building community in our church.
