Often, we assume everyone serving as a minister within one of our EMC churches knows and understands what it means to be a member of the Ministerial. We may take for granted that pastors and ministers have a working knowledge of how our Conference functions practically. We may even presume that there is a shared understanding of ministry ethics and professional conduct for pastors.

Two modules of the newly revised Ministerial Credentialling program, The Essentials, explore what it means to be an EMC Minister and how the EMC functions. We want to provide these modules for all those seeking to be credentialed ministers within the EMC. We also invite all credentialed ministers to participate in this one-day training session, so we all have a better understanding of how we operate together.

Sessions will be facilitated by the Conference Pastor Andy Woodworth and the BLO chair Cameron McKenzie.
